   Ordinary Resolution 
   Chair to nominate the Treasurer Karyn Dewar to hold office until next AGM
   Chair to nominate the Director,  Sara Rickard to continue to hold office until next AGM
   Director to nominate the Chair. Rob Olins to continue to hold office until next AGM
6. Treasurer’s report, audited accounts & appointment of auditor please. These accounts will be available to view a few days prior to the meeting
7.  Ordinary Resolution 2
   To receive the audited accounts of Canopy and the Council’s report for the year ended Dec 2023 and audited report thereon.
8. Ordinary Resolution 3
   To appoint Peter Rogol (certified Accountant) as auditor of Canopy for the period commencing upon the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual general  meeting.
