6 Treasure’s report, audited accounts & appointment of auditor. Copies of accounts circulated.
7 Ordinary Resolution 2 To receive the audited accounts of Canopy and the Council’s report for the year ended 31 Jan 2023 and audited report thereon Approved unanimously
8 Ordinary Resolution 3 To continue with Peter Rogol (certified Accountant) as auditor of Canopy for the period commencing upon the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next AGM unanimously

9 Director’s report (attached) Sara Rickard also notified the AGM of forthcoming walks and talks.
10 Chair’s Summary, as the chair was unable to talk due to a medical condition his summary was included in the directors report
11 Guest speakers – Uschi Aarons Price representing farOpen spoke about her involvement with Canopy both at Bream and Cinderford festivals. Supported the farOpen artists who ran workshops, also drew the Raffle at Cinderford artsJAB – Tanya GG Artist had prepared a report about her experience of participating on a Creative Walk (attached); – Karyn Dewar Canopy volunteer talked about her involvement supporting Canopy at Cinderford TC Fun Fete at Steam Mills, selling raffle tickets and giving our promotional materials and erecting gazebo, also delivering information about parade to households on the route, and on the day itself, decorating the Wesley, moving furniture, stewarding in the parade, and helping to clear away; – Sharon Harvey owner of The Sanctuary Gallery, talked about the Artist talks held at her gallery and the support of the local community with packed out attendances;
AOB No AOB although a discussion on the Five acres Site took place the general feeing was that Canopy would continue the make the Five Acres Site Steering Group ( FASSG) aware of the creative needs of the locality and that we would be happy to contribute our knowledge of this subject to the FASSG.
