What better way to start the New Year than a Creative Walk in Nature?
Tuesday 24th January 2023, Bream Cenotaph/War Memorial opposite Cafe
Join textile artist Sara Rickard for a walk with others who are interested in being active and creative, encouraging participation through written or spoken word, photography, visual notes, map making, story telling, drawing and nature observation. The walk will last about 2 hours but it’s about the journey of exploration not about distance travelled. A wonderfully immersive and enjoyable experience for creatives and the general public, suitable for beginner walkers.
We keep the groups small and friendly so with only 12 spaces available please sign up.
£5 suggested donation
Please dress warmly and appropriately for walking and stopping. Fingerless gloves are useful for working and waterproof boots.
All materials will be provided but bring camera/phone if interested in photography. Return to cafe in Bream for hot drink/lunch at around 1.00pm. Just come to cafe if you don’t wish to walk! This walk links with bus times from Lydney and Cinderford on No 22 and 23 or book The Robin for easy, affordable transport.
