These accounts will be available to view a few days prior to the meeting
Ordinary Resolution 2:
To receive the audited accounts of Canopy and the Council’s report for the year ended 31 January 2023 and audited report thereon.
Ordinary Resolution 3:
To continue with Peter Rogol (certified Accountant) as auditor of Canopy for the period commencing upon the conclusion of this meeting until the conclusion of the next Annual general meeting.
